K N Reddy served as a Senior Manager at Golconda Grameena Bank from 1986 to 2002 and as a Facility Manager in My Home Group & ICICI Prudential Life 15 years.

For his service excellence and outstanding technical achievement throughout his career, he has been awarded the best manager and holds membership in International Star Club, MDRT and Titanium Club. He has played a pivotal role in several of Innovapptive's strategic partnerships.

An experienced tech professional with over 12 years in the IT industry, having worked with global leaders like TCS, Hewlett-Packard, and NTT Data across India and abroad.

As the Chief Knowledge Officer at Googee, he brings a wealth of hands-on expertise spanning IT, HR, Digital Marketing, Branding, and Administration. Known for his intellectual agility, proactive mindset, and a rare blend of hard and smart work, he plays a key role in driving organizational growth and innovation. His multi-faceted experience and leadership make him a vital pillar of the Googee team.

G. S. Reddy manages investors and clients at Googee properties. He is a business professional with 20 years of experience in garments industry. He is also the managing director of "Roman polo shirts and jeans". He has done his graduation from kakatiya university, Warangal.

Srinivasa Reddy is associated with real estate ventures since six years. His business experience facilitates excellent customer relations and client handling process.

A graduate from Kalinga University comes from a creative Industry. Got 17+ years’ of versatile experience in Creative, Real estate, Banking and Animation industry. Bagged many prestigious rewards and recognizations from many reputed MNCs. An experienced, motivated and dedicated expert who is driving our clientele experience to the next level with utmost conviction.

Radha Kishan comes with extensive experience from various MNC’s. Graduated from ICFAI in Marketing Management and serviced in Telecom industry for 12 years. He has worked with many top renowned companies like Sony Ericsson, LG India, Onida, Intex and Comio mobiles as Regional manager in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states.

He has accumulated in-depth knowledge of customers and has received Best employee awards, been selected for FTS trips and visited Singapore, Malaysia, Egypt, Bangkok.

A researcher in Human Psychology and Literature who has published over 30 research articles and 12 books on various aspects. Also a active participant of Telangana Agitation OUJAC vice president.

His interest in Public service and real estate on the other side has made Googee to bag him to team up with its highly professional group of Directors.

He is a professor by profession with over 21 years of experience in various reputed Engineering colleges in Hyderabad have received various awards as a Best Teacher as well.

He is pursuing his PhD from Osmania University. A man with pure dedication and discipline has ruled the educational industry for almost two decades and now entered into Real estate domain serving as Senior Director in Googee properties

M.Tech, Ph.D

Dr. G. Krishna Reddy has worked as a Professor & Head of the Department (HOD) in various reputed Engineering colleges. He obtained M.Sc Mathematics from Madras University, M.Tech-CSE from JNTU Hyderabad & Doctorate (Ph.D) from Kalinga University. He had started his teaching career as a School Teacher with Graduation qualification. After completion of his Post Graduation he joined as an Assistant Professor in an Engineering College then promoted as Professor after completion of his Ph.D.

He has given excellent service over 23 years in Teaching field. For his remarkable efforts & outstanding results in his career, he has been awarded twice as the Best Teacher. A man with great knowledge and true wisdom has attained Double Masters in Computer Science and Mathematics then awarded Doctorate in Computer Science & Engineering. After achieving great heights in the educational industry, he has joined at Googee Properties as a Senior Director in Sales and Marketing.

A 90’s Graduate with 25 plus years of strong experience in the Real-estate domain. He is a thorough professional in terms of business development and maintaining client accounts. He is very good at client relationship management.

A magnificent leader who always takes initiatives and plays his role with great sensibilities and achieves success. He has been a good mentor in unleashing the potential of his Team. He is a great team Leader and always keeps others motivated. He is not only a hard worker but also a firm believer and practitioner of smart work.

He is hardworking, focused, responsible, and a result-oriented professional with 15 plus years of experience in Logistics and 12 plus years of experience in the Real-estate domain.

Thanneeru Venkat Rathnam has been a Civil advocate for past 15 Years and has graducated from Osmania University with a degree in MA and LLB. His active practice experience specialising in corporate, civil related matters and an expert in all property dealings.
